Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Exchange or return requests are accepted for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Refunds Policy.

How to exchange an item?
Please send an email to care@exquisito.in or WhatsApp us at +919655199566 with your order ID and details about the product you want to exchange with your reason. Once the exchange is approved, you have to send us the product that you want to exchange to our address – Loffins Inc, Shop No.3, Second Floor, 20, East Kongalamman Koil Street, Manikoondu, Erode – 638001, Tamil Nadu. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We won’t be able to exchange the product without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
