We generally receive information such as payment status, transaction reference, payment method category and limited identifying details required to reconcile the order. We do not store UPI PINs, card CVVs or online-banking passwords.

Shipping and Logistics

To fulfil an order, we may share necessary information such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, PIN code, mobile number, order reference and shipment details.

Courier partners may contact the recipient and provide tracking or delivery updates. Their use of personal information may also be governed by their applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.

Hosting and Website Services

Exquisito.in is built using WordPress, WooCommerce and the Flatsome theme and is hosted through Hostinger.

We may use website plugins and service providers for:
